Canara Bank offers home loans for salaried persons as well as individuals engaged in business or professional activities. However, borrowers need to submit certain documents for approval of a loan under the scheme.
Canara Bank loan application form must accompany with 2 passport size photos of applicant or guarantor. The documents that provide adequate support to the purpose of the loan being taken must be submitted along with the application. Sale deed, agreement for sale, copy of the approved plan for the proposed construction/extension, cost estimate/valuation report and othe similar documents will be necessary for the approval of loan.
Apart from this, you need to provide sufficient documents to verify your loan repayment capability, such as salary certificate, form 16, IT returns, balance sheet and P & L account in case of a self-employed applicant and other documents that give ample evidence of your financial health to the lending institution. |
