Indian Bank sanctions home loans after verying documents submitted by applicants as per its guidelines. A home loan application form must accompany the photograph of the borrowers and the documents that can ascertain their identities and qualifcations for the loan. A copy of Pan Card, Driving License, Voter's ID or Passport can be submitted for identity proof while recent telephone bill, electricity bill, voter's ID, Passport or property tax receipt may be used for residence proof.
Salaried people must submit a proof of employment along with a salary certificate while businemen or self-employed professionals are required to submit balance sheet for the past three years. Other documents that are required to be submitted along with Indian Bank Home Loan Application Forms are sale deed, approved building plan, patta and title deed documents for 30 years. |
