The Chandigarh circle of State Bank of India flagged off a mobile van from its Panchkula zonal office to promote two home loan products, namely SBI life style and SBI happy home. For one month from Wednesday onwards, the van will continue to move in and around the areas of Panchkula giving out details of both these schemes to home loan seekers.
The home loan under both these schemes is available at 8 percent interest rate fixed for one year. Furthermore, the bank will charge no processing on the loans taken under these schemes.
SBI happy home loan scheme is an attempt to target customers who need a home loan whereas SBI life style scheme will cater to the need of short-term borrowers who might use it for vacation travel, gold purchase and other lifestyle requirements. |
